Electrical Engineering Students’ Association (EESA), Institute of Technology, Nirma University organized technical symposium “SCINTILLA 22” on April 19, 2022.
The theme of the Scintilla 2022 was “Charging the Green Future” i.e. Go Green and save environment. In this symposium various technical and non-technical events
pertaining to Electrical Engineering field have been organised. Mr. Nihar Raj, Vice President, Adani Transmission Limited was the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker.
In the keynote address, the chief guest talked about the role of electrical engineer in achieving the sustainable development goals as narrated by United Nations.
He emphasized students to amalgamate the core electrical engineering with the latest tools like data analytics, robotics, robotics etc. More than 265 students from
Electrical Engineering Department, Nirma University took part in events like ‘Learning with Arduino Workshop, Electric Vehicle Workshop, Dragon’s Den, Electro Trivia,
Assetathon and Unravel the Knots. The inaugural function was presided by Prof. (Dr.) R. N. Patel, Director, Institute of Technology, Nirma University.
Winners of various events were awarded with cash prizes.
