Dr. Pattah N Kapil, R&D Engineer in Valve Electronics at Hitachi Energy, Sweden AB Ludvika, and a former faculty member of the department, delivered an engaging expert talk on “Recent Advances in Energy Meters” at Nirma University on 10th October 2025. The sessions were organized for students of B.Tech. Electrical Engineering Semester III (Divisions A & B and D to D), offering them valuable insights into the latest developments and technological innovations in energy metering systems. Dr. Kapil also inspired students to align their learning with current industry demands and provided thoughtful guidance for building a successful career in the energy sector.
