Electrical Engineering department, Institute of Technology in association with Electrical Engineering Students’ Association (EESA) conducted a full day event named “Academic Support to ITI students” on 29th February 2020 for the students of Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The aim was to familiarize the students with the basic concepts of the Electrical Machines and hands-on exercises so that they receive practical inputs related to the field. In this event, students were given an introduction about the Synchronous Machines and Electrical Drives. A practical session on Control of Induction Motors and Synchronization of Alternators was also conducted. The total of 28 students attended the event and they were accompanied by their 3 faculty members.
